General
These Terms of Service govern the use of our online shop and the purchase of products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The contract language is English or German.
Orders & Contract
An order constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Switzerland. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
You may return unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in original packaging and undamaged condition. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of our company in Switzerland.
